The solenoid valve test stand is a special device for the performance check of the solenoid valve.
2.Main functions
1) Can detect the upper and lower valve mouth pressure-holding performance: solenoid valve action, to the upper and lower valve mouth pressure. When the pressure is stabilized, the solenoid valve is released, the valve on the upper and lower valve is shut off, and the pressure transducer is measured in real time. By the industrial computer calculation processing, the upper and lower valve mouth pressure drop value, and the standard pressure difference to make comparisons, that is, the upper and lower valve ports pressure-holding performance.
2) Detect the action of electromagnetic valve test-bed increasing supply coil voltage, when the voltage solenoid valve, test voltage and current data, after the industrial processing, storage, while the data is the voltage and current action.
3) Detect the release of the solenoid valve performance: solenoid valve, the test bench gradually reduce the coil voltage, when the moment of release, test voltage and current data, after the industrial processing, storage, data at this time to release the voltage, electric current.
4) Detect the solenoid coil impedance: test electromagnetic valve action and release action process, real-time acquisition at the ends of the coil voltage and the flow of electric current, after calculation, it is concluded that the resistance of the coil.

The test stand is composed of a computer control system, a test piece fixing device, an imported pneumatic component, a pressure sensor, a DC stabilized power supply, a precision digital display instrument, and a data acquisition board card, etc., It can undertake insulation performance of solenoid valve, air tightness and suction release voltage and output electric signal function test.
