1.Use
This equipment is mainly used for the static debugging of subway trains, and provides special supporting equipment for DC1500V static adjustment, inspection and repair of power supply to the auxiliary power supply system.
2.Main functions and technical requirements
The equipment has functions of monitoring, detection and protection, such as overvoltage protection, short circuit protection, overcurrent protection, leakage protection, and safety interlock protection. The DC1500V power supply is connected to the electrical outlet of the vehicle workshop through an electrical connector to provide power to the subway train (electric bus) inverter when falling.
1) The static power supply cabinet receives DC1500V power from the external circuit in the library, and the output meets the DC1500V of the vehicle power supply.
2) The static power supply cabinet receives AC220V power from the external circuit in the library to meet the internal power supply needs of the static power supply cabinet.
3) When the output overcurrent, the static power cabinet can be protected by the circuit.
4) When the static power cabinet is powered (including the control circuit), it can issue a "warning" signal.
5) The cabinet door should not be opened when the static power supply cabinet is powered in a primary circuit; when the cabinet door is opened, the control circuit (secondary circuit) can be charged.
6) When the DC contactor and the DC fast circuit breaker are closed, there should be indicator light.
7) The static power supply cabinet shall be provided with an emergency button. In an emergency situation, all emergency power supply cabinets in the entire warehouse may be de-energized by pressing an emergency button. When the emergency button is activated, the system should have a buzzer to make an alarm. The alarm must be reset by pressing the reset switch to reset manually.
8) The static power supply cabinet shall have two voltmeters and one ammeter to indicate the input voltage (high voltage) and current. One of the voltmeters indicates the input voltage and the other indicates the output voltage. The voltmeter has a range of 0 to 2500V and an accuracy of 1. The ammeter indicates the input current, the range is 0~1000A, and the precision is 1.
9) Static power cabinet control logic:
a. There is an electronic lock on the cabinet door. The lock has two positions:“0”and“L”. When the lock is at“0”position, the DC contactor and the electric isolation switch can not operate, only When the lock is in "L" position, DC contactor and DC fast circuit breaker can operate normally.
b. There is a limit switch on the inside of the cabinet door. Only when the cabinet door is closed, the DC contactor and the DC fast circuit breaker can be closed;
c. When the sub-gate button is pressed, the DC fast circuit breaker and the DC contactor are disconnected, and the DC fast circuit breaker is disconnected before the DC contactor;
d. If you open the door by force, the system will lose power.
10) The input terminal of the power distribution cabinet is connected to the DC1500V DC power line of the workshop, and the output terminal is connected to the DC1500V cable to connect the train to the train to supply power. The safety of the cable should be ensured.
11) After connecting the cable plug led from the static power supply cabinet to the socket of the vehicle power box, the voltage of DC1500V must be sent out from the static power supply cabinet.
12) After the DC1500V voltage is sent out from the static power supply cabinet, an alarm light flashes on the top of the power supply cabinet.
13) Each row of maintenance lines (quiet adjustment, monthly inspection) is equipped with two static power supply cabinets, and the two static power supply cabinets are interlocked. Each static power supply cabinet has an output loop (outlet end), the output cable length is 10 meters, and the spool is configured. The spooling board should be able to better fix the output cable. There is an emergency opening button between the power supply cabinets of the static power supply. Pressing any one of them will cut off the power supply of the DC1500V in an emergency, and an audible alarm will be given at the same time (the alarm can be cancelled by pressing the“reset button”on the power supply cabinet).
14) The DC fast circuit breaker and the opening of the door both have a safe operation chain. The position switch installed between the cabinet and the door controls the coils of the DC contactor and the DC quick circuit breaker so that the close button can be operated after the cabinet door is closed.
15) The main components of the static power supply cabinet should use internationally recognized brands and be approved by the owners.
16) The static power supply cabinet is installed under the middle working platform of the Zhouyue inspection library and the static storage library. The height of the equipment should not exceed 1800mm.
3.Main structural composition
The equipment consists of cabinets, low-voltage control appliances, high-speed DC circuit breakers, and measurement and control units.
