1. Use
The equipment for the operation of a vehicle frame is called a group of carriage units. The full set of equipment consists of 6 sets of mobile rack cranes and 2 consoles, and the console can realize the function of 3 vehicles with synchronous racks.
2. Main functions
1) Synchronous lifting and racking operations for a single vehicle;
2) Perform synchronous lifting and racking operations on the vehicle (one unit) with the three-cart hook in the connected state;
3) The mobile rack crane should be equipped with running wheels, which can be manually moved on the ground in the workshop and can also be lifted by cranes.
4) It has functions such as running elevation display, automatic over-adjustment, and over-limit shutdown alarm.
5) Simultaneous lifting and lowering of the same group of carriages can be stopped at any height in the lifting and lowering process to carry out the work under the vehicle.
6) The control system has a perfect interlock control function to ensure the coordinated control of the synchronous lifting of the vehicle body.
